Ensuring through a systematic approach to risk assessment that services on
projects are under taken with due regard to the safety of clients, employees,
Consultants, sub contractors and General public
Securing Competence by providing information, training to employees to enable
them carry out work safely, and evaluating its effectiveness.
Ensuring employees with safety responsibilities understand their duties and
have the time and resources to discharge them.
Providing adequate supervision and monitoring of Compliance with safety requirements.
Consulting employees on all matters to do with their health and safety and encouraging
feedback on safety procedures that are considered inadequate or unworkable.
Periodically reviewing the safety management system to maintain its effectiveness and
implementing remedial action to address deficiencies identified by monitoring and feedback.
